Gpu detected but not mining

I just recently built a small 3 gpu rig from spare parts and all 3 gpus are detected every where in GPUz,Device Manager,Msi afterburner,Even Genoils miner detects all 3 but it seems to use only two of the cards and one is just idling.Any fix for this??
