micro atx board with 3 gpu's - What board should I use?

There are some micro atx board on the market with very power efficient on-board cpu's.

I'm planning to build some compact power-efficient 3 gpu-rigs with them.
Does anyone have experience with these boards, or any info if they support 3 gpu's?

ASRock J3060M

I'm planning to hook them up to 650w psu's and add 3 rx 480's on ethOS.

Would be a great solution for small form factor miners!
