I bought 3 rx 480 ( 15 days ago ). Know i have some issues with it.
First card: xfx rx 480 8GB OC- i have no idea with it. I drop mh/s from 27 to 23 and then it'll up to 24 -> 27 -> 23. ( 2-3 hours late, windows'll be restart because of error )
Next card: MSI RX 480 8GB - it's really hot and noise. ( 80% fan for 75-79•C in cool room )
Final card: MsI RX 480 8GB- i didn't see it in manager device. When I changed rx 470, i saw rx 470. ( can't use it now![:/]( ":/")

I'm using claymore for mining, 6xCards tool in 4rum.
My setting:
-16,5/ 890, 880,....810
2200/ 940
Fan 10-80% - temp: target 70- max 80 - power limit: keep 0.
Or
-8,5/ 910,900,...810
2200/940
Fan 10-80%- temp: target 70-80 - power limit: 10
