What to buy to make a 1+ GH Ethereum mining rig?

Hey mates, FeelTheBern here.
I'm quite new to Ethereum, but I'm hooked on the idea that I could build + manage my own income w/ a pimped out rig.
So, I need to know, what do I need to buy to make a 1+ GH Ethereum mining rig?
I was considering following this tutorial:

But if you need to say anything extra, include it in your setup.
(Make sure you add in a total cost of your rig.)
