MSI Armor 470 8GB BIOS Flash issue!

I have been bashing my head into so many things to try and get this to work. I have installed one of my 470 8gb cards in my computer and attempted to flash it. I went through his videos because I have Samsung memory

I also have tried to strap the 1500 to the later timing's. Ultimately, when the computer reboots it will no longer identify the drivers on the card and go to 800x600 resolution. I look up the card in GPU-Z and some of the fields are grayed out. I have attempted to reinstall the drivers and sometimes it says it's successful and other times is says it fails, still nothing. I bricked the card at one point was able to reflash it from using one of my other MSI Armor bios files. I cannot find anyone experiencing the same thing, hence the thread. I just find this funny that regardless of either doing the 1500 or 1750 strap, it doesn't work. I did attempt to take the bios saved from ATIWinFlash and tune it with no success as well before it was from GPU-Z.

I used ATIWinFlash, PolarisBIOS Editor, and GPU-Z
The only thing I have not done yet, but will try tonight is to put the card on a pci riser and attempt to flash it as a secondary card.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
