Atiflash cannot find discrete ati video card

Hi all, like the title says i keep getting this: atiflash cannot find discrete ati video card. All drivers are installed properly . The gpu involved is an XFX RX 480RS 4gb. BTW does any one have a good mod for this gpu when it comes to mining ETH.
