Mining with an RX-480

Hello,

I have a few questions regarding the RX-480.

1) I have read that it does not work with ethOS, is this true? If so why, and will you able to soon? Also how is it possible to mine on them without using ethOS?

2) Is the Sapphire Radeon NITRO+ RX 480 4GB the same exact hardware as the 8GB?

3) How hard is to flash 4GB to 8GB?

4) Since the DAG file is not above 4GB, will a flash even increase performance?
