rx 480 8gb error 43

After struggling with ubuntu I decided to say fuck you to linux and switched to windows 7..

Now after installing drivers, 2 of the gpus keep reporting error code 43.
also only 2 of the 6 gpus fans are spinning.

I am getting desperate please help
