Help! Miner black screen

Hi, I am very new to ethereum mining, as this is the first rig I have built. I built regular computers before but not a miner. I was able to install windows 10 successfully, however, after around 20 minutes of using the computer and setting it up(I haven't even started mining yet), I got a black screen. The PSU fan kept running, but I had a black screen and none of the GPU fans are working. I have reinstalled the OS countless times and have had the same problem, in 20 minutes black screen and after this, the OS will not boot. I have even tried Ubuntu with no success. Please help! My specs are as follows

GPU's - 3 RX 480's

mobo - ASRock H81 BTC pro r2.0

drive - samsung 850 evo 120

ram - 8 gb panram 1600mhz

PSU - 1000w rosewill arctic

(powered usb risers used)
