Expected Hashrate for Nvidia K80

Hi I am currently running a Nvidia K80 on a VM and I get only 13MHz hashrate, also I see that only 2GB (2001MiB) of the GPU memory is being used (I think total memory is over 50GB). Am I doing some mistake coz I was expecting hashrate over 100MHz?

Tried with: Ethminer+Parity, Claymore
