Claymore and Sapphire Radeon NITRO R9 Fury 4GB

hi.

I have little time in the world of mining. I currently have 2 Sapphire Radeon NITRO R9 Fury 4GB cards using Zcash, these mine 650kh / s but I want to start mining Ethereum.

Download the Claymore program, both cards mine 56.5 Mh / s but the problem is that they get too hot, 72C and the fan 25%.
Can someone tell me I'm doing wrong? Or can you help me configure claymore well?
My pc uses:
4g ram
Windows 10 64bit
800w power supply
I7

Claymore:

setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0
setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100

EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool eth-eu1.nanopool.org:9999 -ewal YOUR_WALLET_ADDRESS/YOUR_WORKER/YOUR_EMAIL -epsw x -etht 1000 -mode 1 -ftime 1
pause

Here I leave the claymore I have on my pc, the only thing I modified was that I add the worker and the wallet.
