GPU not found after Flash

I have flashed successfully my both Sapphire RX470, but currently they are not recognized by the system (Windows 10).

I have also uninstalled and re-installed the drivers with no success.

Am I missing some step here? Can any of you guys give me a hint on how to solve this?
