ATIWinFlash issue

ATIWinFlash will not recognize any card in my system.

I'm using Win 10 and AsRock BTC v2 with 6 x Sapphire RX 480 8GB.

I tried putting card on PCIx16 or on riser, same issue.
I tried running app from cmd, same issue.
Also, runing it without any drivers in system of with several versions. Also had BIOS switch in both Silent on gaming mode.

Any advise?
