I am looking at getting some cards for a new miner. I have a Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UP7 MB and a PC Power and Cooling 1200 PS (before OCZ purchased them). I'd like feedback or suggestions on the best, cheapest Video cards to get. Is there a need to get an 8GB card for the next couple of years or will a4GB card work?
I was looking at these https://newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202270 as they are $179 with the rebate. But I am looking for a good balance between performance, cost and longevity so I was hoping for some suggestions along with them being compatible with the MB et cetera.
Also, if anyone would like to suggest a currency to mine that would be great since I am just starting out.
