Was mining with GPU yesterday and today I can't

Hello all,

I started mining yesterday with GPU (nvidia 1000M 2GB) for testing purposes.
I shutdown the machine and today when I tried again I started getting the error:

Allocating/mapping single buffer failed with: clEnqueueWriteBuffer(-4). GPU can't allocate the DAG in a single chunk. Bailing.
clEnqueueWriteBuffer(-38)

However when mining with integrated graphics it works fine.
I've seen some threads about it and I tried to set every suggested variable, it didn't work.

Anyone has any tips about it?
