I have an AMD 7970 PowerColor vortex ii that is only getting 13 Mh/s out of it. When I overclock it to the max I only get 17 Mh/s but then it slowly drops down to 8mh/s. I have switched around between a lot of different drivers with no luck I've done 15.7.1 15.11 14.4 and the newest drivers. I am running windows 7 64 bit right now. I've seen everywhere that people are getting 17 Mh/s and above with some even getting 27 Mh/s!
