rented mining rig how to mine ether in pool

Hello,
I have some small bitcoin ammount, I want to rent an ether Mining rig, I found some pools stratum and getwork, mt problem is that from rented miners it asks for a http:// and a textbox, in Mining pools I find some directives before the ip and worker id to input in an ether miner, shall I put the directives too or just the second part (ip+worker id) in the rented remote miner?
