Hi All,
Found how to push 32MH in a stable way, for me anyway.
First the warnings.
WARNING!!!!!WARNING!!!!!WARNING!!!!!WARNING!!!!!WARNING!!!!!WARNING!!!!!
this will push your card harder than any other ROM, its will likely be cheaper to run lower less power 28-30Mh...
This also only works on my XFX cards, my Sapphire cards wont even take 31.5 but are happy at 31.25. you might have different luck. It will happily flash on any 480 REF card though. if you don't know what you are doing by this point stop reading. and go play with a lower setting or BIOS. this is not for you.
WARNING!!!!!WARNING!!!!!WARNING!!!!!WARNING!!!!!WARNING!!!!!WARNING!!!!!
If you are still reading and hell bent on the fastest then here goes.
There are 2 ways to get there.
first is the safest way.
use one of the 31.* v2 BIOS from my other posts and up the settings to the following:
core 1230/950
Mem 2290/950-970 (depending on your card and what it likes.)
if you crash try higher power
2nd way use the attached BIOS preset to the above values. MEM as always is set to 1000
once flashed pop into wattman and reset all cards that received the BIOS and set power to manual
Set mem a lower setting than 1000 and hope the card holds.
Temps are good so far, although warmish day its at 100% fan its holding around 74c. see gpuz above.
Have fun
Boysie
