Needing a mentor to start Mining

Hi everyone!

I'm looking for a mentor to start mining, I want to start mining just 4 o 5 rigs with 5X 380/390X GPU and if it goes well i will reinvest for more rigs.

Can anyone help me to search a good tutorial or something to avoid mistakes ?
