R9 280X Toxic 2x low Hashrate

Hello everyone, recently i bought 2x R9 280X Toxic.
Before i bought them i made research that one card does 22-24 Mh.
When i put everything together and start mining im getting 30-33Mh for both cards that make like 15ish.
Using Genoil 1.1.7
Windows 10
Crimson 16.11.4v
Bat file:

any suggestion how i can increase the Hashrate?
