There are all founded by me maximum possible stable hashrates of new cards on ethereum:

RX 470 Nitro + 4GB = 22mh\s @boysie
RX 470 XFX RS Single Fan 4GB = 25mh\s @ZanderM
RX 470 Nitro + 8GB = 27mh\s @blue1984
RX 480 8gb ref. MSI, HIS, SAPFIRE - 31 mh\s @Heliox
GTX 1070 Gigabyte G1 Gaming - 31 mh\s (i think it possible 33 mh\s, but no proofs) @thesmokingman
