I have buid a new rig using Asrock Q1900M 4GB RAM on Windows 10 64bit and 2 GPU Sapphire Nitro RX470 4GB,
the first GPU is directly connected on PCI-e x16 and the second one with a powered riser X1 flat cable.
The directly connected PCI-e x16 work at 25 MH/s but the second one run at 4 MH/s does anyome have the same issue ?
Can be a rider card problem ?
I have try all possible combination on Bios side.
