What cards 2 get?Pondering 3,ETH bounty for the best advice given,more if you help flash if I need 2

I think ive narrowed it down to these 3 choices of gpus to add to my rig. Open to other recommendations on newegg.ca

Priorities are:

-I want lowest power consumption (power is free but im limited to a 100amp 120v service.) Currently have around 1gh in my apartment. Mostly 290s

-of course lowest price is important if not much gain for spening more. resale also important but not a deal breaker.

- I figure i have about 30 amps left MAX on my breaker to use. Ideally want maximum MH for that remaining 30amps.

-Heat and noise is no concern. All my rigs in the 2nd bedroom and it stays ice cold in there with window cracked and door shut. (the snow has come!! thankyou subzero winter arctic air!)

- I really want atleast 27mh from each card or more.(after overclock/undervolt)

-Since ive never flashed before id prefer if i could just do my tweaks with afterburner/wattman but not a big deal if i must learn.

- I already got 2 great mobos, risers, and 2 1200w platinum psus.

What would you go with in my situation!?!

Any other choices you would consider on the www.newegg.ca site?
